Filming of “The Conspirator” wraps in Savannah

The Robert Redford directed feature film, “The Conspirator” that has been filming in Savannah since October is wrapping today.
“To have all the great benefit of them being here and for all that to happen with no problems, accidents or angry citizens. Everything went really really well,” said Film Commissioner Jay Self.
….Robin Wright Penn was cast as Surratt, and James McAvoy will play her defense attorney. The cast also includes Alexis Bledel, Toby Kebbell, Kevin Kline, Justin Long, Tom Wilkinson and Evan Rachel Wood.
